The Revenue Group of Companies was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1965. The Revenue Group of companies comprises of the following subsidiaries: Revenue Network Sdn. Bhd., Revenue Solution Sdn. Bhd. (formally known as Lipman Asia Sdn. Bhd.).

The Revenue Group of Companies functions as a one-stop centre for electronic payment systems by providing various electronic payment devices for credit/charge cards, debit cards, smart-card applications, enterprise networking equipment, mission critical, Loyalty Programme and cryptography technology.

Recently, the Revenue Group of Companies was appointed as a Third Party Acquirer (TPA) by the Malaysian Electronic Payment System (MEPS) for the e-debit application, ‘Profit Sharing Scheme’. This competitively priced e-debit application provides seamless integration with the financial services industry in Malaysia.
